    In Mk 3,1-6 sind zwei Hauptmerkmale auffällig. Es liegt meines Erachtens sowohl eine Wundergeschichte
    als auch ein Streitgespräch vor. Durch die Heilung wird der Charakter einer Wundergeschichte gegeben
    und durch das Auftauchen der Pharisäer, die Jesus prüfen und sogar seinen Tod vorausplanen, liegt
    eindeutig ein Streitgespräch vor. Allerdings stellt die Wundergeschichte den Anlass für das Streitgespräch.

    In beeindruckender Weise zeigt die vorliegende Perikope Jesu Auseinandersetzung mit dem Gesetz
    des orthodoxen Judentum. Daran kann deutlich werden, wie die Trennung vom Judentum allmählich
    und vor allem auf inhaltlicher Ebene vollzogen wurde. Jesus trennt sich nicht vom Judentum,
    indem er selbst kein Jude mehr ist, sondern, indem er Gesetze hinterfragt.
